When I use ScreenSplitr to create an iPhone screencast, I bring the video into Apple Keynote and add a properly scaled image of an iPhone over top of that video. The screen area is made transparent with Instant Alpha so the video comes through looking more like a real iPhone. I then record the Keynote preso (ScreenFlow) producing the final video. Here's a sample:

http://podcasting.gcsu.edu/4DCGI/Podcasting/GCSU/Episodes/26782/1405.mov

Now, how can I do this in a "live" presentation using Safari or VLC or whatever on my laptop connected to a projector? An image of an iPhone that stays on top would be a start. Then, a way to lock the two together and rotate them.

Possible? Probable?
